Message From The Chair- Department Of Construction And Real Estate Management (Dcrem)

The Department of Construction and Real Estate Management (DRECM) is one of the Departments within the School of Architecture and the Built Environment.
The philosophy of the Department is sensitivity and responsiveness to real estate society needs. The Vision of the Department is to be a dynamic, inclusive and a competitive Centre of excellence in teaching, learning, research and service to humanity while the mission is to provide quality education and training, promote scholarship, service, innovation and creativity and inculcate moral values for sustainable individual and societal development.”
As a department, we purpose to be the leading training center for professionals in the field of valuation, property/ facilities management, land administration and construction management.
